PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER. BY ACCESSING RENOVACOVER.COM OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.


1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Renova™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of renovacover.com.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
  • If ordering on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that company


2. About Our Business

Renova™ designs and sells the Renova™ Automatic Car Cover and related accessories. We operate exclusively online through renovacover.com. Our e-commerce platform is powered by Shopify Inc.

3. Products

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and images. However:

  • Colors may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display settings
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may not represent the exact item received
  • We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions at any time


3.2 Vehicle Compatibility

The Renova™ Automatic Car Cover is designed to fit the majority of passenger vehicles. We provide a vehicle compatibility checker on our website to help you verify fit before purchasing. However:

  • We cannot guarantee compatibility with every vehicle model, variant, or custom modification
  • It is your responsibility to verify compatibility using our fit checker or by contacting us before ordering
  • If you receive an item that does not fit your vehicle due to our error in the compatibility guide, we will accept a free return and issue a full refund


3.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications without prior notice. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative.


4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

  • All prices are displayed in USD or EUR depending on your location and are inclusive of applicable VAT/sales tax where required by law
  • Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
  • Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed


4.2 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website (including incorrectly listed discounts or typos), we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify you before processing payment. You will receive a full refund if payment was already taken. We are not obligated to honor clearly erroneous prices.


4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Buy Now Pay Later options where available (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay)


All payment transactions are processed by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) or PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment processing is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.


4.4 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or other irregularities. We cooperate with payment processors and law enforcement in fraud investigations. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified and any charge reversed.


5. Orders

5.1 Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This email constitutes a binding contract between you and Renova™.


5.2 Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email support@renovacover.com immediately with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow our return process after receiving the item. EU customers may also exercise the 14-day cooling-off right after delivery.


5.3 Order Cancellation by Renova™

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud or policy violations
  • Shipping restrictions to your location

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.


5.4 Resale Prohibition

Our products are sold for personal use only. You may not purchase Renova™ products for the purpose of commercial resale, drop-shipping on other platforms, or bulk distribution without our express written consent. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale.


6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.


6.2 Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Some countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We have no control over customs procedures or fees.


6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a full refund.


6.4 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur additional shipping charges.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on renovacover.com — including but not limited to the Renova™ name and logo, product descriptions, photographs, videos, graphics, website design, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of Renova™ and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
  • Use the Renova™ name, logo, or trademarks without authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from our website


You may share links to our website and share publicly available content for personal, non-commercial purposes.


8. Acceptable Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with our website without permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action where appropriate.

If you submit a product review, comment, photo, or other content to our website or review platforms (Judge.me, Loox), you grant Renova™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content for marketing and business purposes.


You represent that your review is honest, based on your personal experience, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are false, defamatory, or violate these Terms.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RENOVA™ MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.


This disclaimer does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under EU or other applicable consumer protection law.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renova™ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damage to your vehicle or property arising from product use beyond our stated specifications
  • Losses arising from third-party services (shipping carriers, payment processors)
  • Website downtime, errors, or data loss


Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.


These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renova™, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of our website or products in a manner inconsistent with these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain, except where otherwise required by applicable law.


14.2 EU Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as an EU consumer, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.


14.3 US Customers

If you are located in the United States, you may also have rights under applicable state consumer protection laws. These Terms do not limit any rights you have under mandatory applicable law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us first at support@renovacover.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
